My love of soap became my heartfelt project.

I’m Habibe. My love of soaps and beautiful scents has been with me since my youth. Many ideas, a special encounter and a whole lot of heart brought my own SeifeLädeli in Langenthal to life — a place where I can share my enthusiasm for distinctive soaps and natural care with you.

Handmade with love

Our soaps are handmade in Turkey using our own recipes. We use natural plant oils and herbs, including those grown regionally, valued for their particular properties.

Inspired by nature

We love the variety of natural plant oils, herbs and scents. Carefully chosen ingredients and considered recipes are at the heart of our own soap creations.

More than just soap

Natural soaps, care products and thoughtful gift ideas: there is much to discover in our Lädeli. Carefully selected products from other natural-product makers also enrich our range.

My story

A love that began early

At just 14, I was already fascinated by soaps, beautiful scents and distinctive care products. I loved discovering new things and being inspired by all kinds of fragrances.

As I grew older, though, one question occupied me more and more: why were there so many ingredients on the back of our care products that I barely understood? I wanted to know what we were putting on our skin every day — and whether care could be simpler, more natural and more considered.

That curiosity became the beginning of my own very personal, heartfelt project.

2016 · TURKEY

An encounter that changed everything

During a family holiday, we got talking to a man about ingredients and natural care. He told us about olive groves, plant oils and herbs in Turkey. When he sensed our enthusiasm, he put us in touch with two experienced natural-product chemists.

2019 · SOAP AND MORE

A small idea finds a home

After a time full of conversations, ideas and recipe development, our first delivery arrived in Switzerland in 2019. I set up a small showroom in the cellar of our house, invited people in and spread the word about our soaps through flyers, word of mouth and a simple website.

We called ourselves Soap and More because, from the start, we wanted to offer more than ordinary soaps: distinctive care experiences with carefully selected ingredients, scents and much love for detail.

THE FIRST SHOP & 2023

A storybook place takes shape

After starting at home, we opened our first small shop in Langenthal, in premises above a barbershop. With every visit, every conversation and every new idea, my dream grew a little further.

In 2023, we moved to Marktgasse 12. Together with my family, I created a warm, playful place where people can browse at leisure, discover scents and find inspiration. Soap and More became our SeifeLädeli.

TODAY · OUR STORY CONTINUES

To this day, we develop new ideas and our own soap recipes together with our well-established team in Turkey. Our range has grown to include natural soaps, care and bath products, gift ideas and selected creations from other natural-product makers. What remains is my joy in inspiring people to explore this special world. My passion became first a hobby, then my profession — and my SeifeLädeli.

At 14

2016
An encounter in Turkey introduces us to two experienced natural-product chemists. The first ideas take shape.
2019
The first soaps arrive. I open my showroom in our own cellar under the name Soap and More.
Before 2023
Our first small shop in Langenthal opens in premises above a barbershop.
2023 to today
We move to Marktgasse 12. The SeifeLädeli grows with our own recipes and new discoveries.
